We understand that your time is valuable.

Every effort will be made to honor your time and see you promptly at the start of your reserved appointment time, with the rare exception of unforeseen dental emergencies.

We would appreciate the same courtesy and request 48-hour advance notice if you are unable to keep your your commitment to your reserved appointment; otherwise, a reasonable late cancellation fee will be charged.

We maintain 24-hour emergency service.

If you have an emergency requiring immediate attention, please call as early as you are able.

We will do all we can to get you the attention and care you need in a prompt manner.

Financial Policy

We offer several payment options to make the dentistry you desire affordable and accessible.

As a convenience to you, we will provide estimates of insurance coverage and process your insurance forms. You, however, remain responsible for your account.

We encourage open communication. If at any time you have questions regarding your dental services and fees, account balances, payment options, or insurance plan please feel free to speak with our administrative personnel. Our team will be able to answer all questions relieving the chance of any misunderstandings. We value our relationships with our patients and your satisfaction is our ultimate goal!

Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans and we will be happy to file your insurance claims on your behalf.

We accept checks, cash or credit cards, as well as flexible payment plans through CareCredit.

We will do all we can to get you the attention and care you need in a prompt manner.
